Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original factory packaging with all seals intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Because of the collectible and sealed nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns on opened booster packs, boxes, or cases. We also cannot accept digital products such as redemption codes or gift cards.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Opened booster packs, boxes, or cases
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products (e.g., online codes)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly through JAPNESE T.C.G WHOLESALE


Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Items that show signs of tampering or opening.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Wise, Bitcoin, etc.) within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account or payment wallet again.
  2. Then contact your payment provider (bank, PayPal, etc.) as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at; sales@japanesetcgwholesale.com

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at; sales@japanesetcgwholesale.com and ship the item to: 〒101-0021 Tokyo, Chiyoda City, Sotokanda, 1 Chome−13−1 Akiba1131.Bldg, 9階


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card or coupon code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original buyer.


Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
